Orders for our horse jewelry items may be placed online using PayPal or offline by telephone (302-875-4444), fax (302-875-2020), E-mail, or mail (see address at bottom of page). We accept checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard with off-line orders. For telephone orders, please note that our office is closed Sunday and Monday. Our business hours are 10-5 EST, Tuesday thru Saturday.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Due to problems with shippers, we ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT guarantee quicker delivery or delivery by a specific date sooner than three weeks.

Special Orders

Some items we feature are special custom orders and require extra lead time for delivery. Normally, this is about four weeks. Please contact us before ordering for an estimated delivery time. Also, since these special order items are created just for you, they are not returnable and not refundable.

The is no additional charge for regular shipping and handling. 

Please be aware that the product photos are designed to show item details. The actual size of the item may vary from the photo.

When paying by credit card, we need your account number, expiration date, and your name as it appears on your card.

When ordering rings, please E-mail O'Neal's Jewelry with the size information. We will size your ring for free as long as you need a typical size (size 2 and 18 are not typical!). Please allow extra time for resizing. You also could have a local jeweler resize your selection, normally at a reasonable cost. Sale priced rings are not included in this free resizing offer.

All items will be shipped in an attractive gift box or pouch.
